Beachside Brevard has a new local hangout.

The Local Beer & Wine Collective and Steve’s Caribbean Cuisine are officially open in Indialantic, bringing two locally driven concepts together under one roof. Located just steps from the beach in Seaside Centre, the new gathering spot combines craft beer, curated wines, and Caribbean-inspired cuisine in an indoor and outdoor space designed for locals and visitors alike.

What is The Local Beer & Wine Collective?

The Local Beer & Wine Collective describes itself as “Indialantic’s neighborhood gathering place” for craft beer lovers, wine enthusiasts, foodies, and community seekers. The concept was built around bringing people together through craft beverages, food, and community events.

Owner Lindsay Richer shared that the idea for The Local has been years in the making. Inspired by neighborhood brewpubs discovered during her travels, she and her husband created their business plan in 2022 while waiting for the right location with outdoor seating.

Steve’s Caribbean Cuisine is Bringing the Food

Sharing the space is Steve’s Caribbean Cuisine, led by Chef Steve and Sous Chef Roj.

The Caribbean-inspired menu is designed to complement the craft beer and wine program and will continue to evolve based on community feedback. Early menu offerings have included:

Caribbean Beef Sliders
Sweet Plantains
Caribbean-inspired weekly specials.

The Local has stated that it plans to regularly test new menu items and specials as they learn what the community enjoys most.
